Objectives
The Programme aims at:
- transferring advice, knowledge and insights of the retired insurance veterans to the young executives or industry practitioners of different positions in the industry.
- nurturing young executives or industry practitioners to learn more from the experienced Mentors about:
- the knowledge of insurance market, commercial awareness, management, underwriting, client relations, marketing or insurance claims, and etc.;
- skills of communications, personal development and develop solution; andÂ
- address their specific career development goals.
- network building.
Programme Outcome
Joining the Programme, Mentee will
- gain practical advice, encouragement and support from Mentor;
- nurture valuable leadership, growth and professional development;
- enhance problem-solving and analytic skills;
- widen spectrum of knowledge of insurance and insurance industry; and
- learn from the experiences of others.
Appreciation and Recognition
Upon completion of the Programme, Mentee
- will receive the report incorporating Mentor’s general advice and recommendations;
- will receive a certificate to be presented at the Closing Ceremony; and/or
- may be presented an award as a recognition for the outstanding performance.
Closing ceremony will be held after the end of the term of the Programme.
