Insurers will not ask for the results of any type of genetic tests (Diagnostic or Predictive) for the purpose of underwriting if the genetic testing was conducted in the context of scientific research.

Relative or Family Member's Results

Insurers will not ask or use the results of any genetic tests of a relative or family member of a proposed or existing insured person for the purpose of underwriting.
