AXAiPro, fully accessible through smartphones, tablets and computers, comprises three major tools to support the pre-sales, point-of-sales, and post-sales processes of the customer journey.  This mindfully designed and easy-to-navigate digital platform incorporates built-in sales processes for distributors’ ease of use.  It demonstrates professionalism, encourages and shares best practices, and facilitates both customers and financial consultants’ engagement.

Since the roll-out of AIAiPro by phases, positive feedback and overwhelming 100% satisfaction rate have been achieved. In addition, our adoption rates have been as high as 80% on the sales solution and about 70% of agents are actively using the post-sales solution.  Looking forward, AXAiPro has the full potential to become the one-stop solution for our distributors that will enhance even better customer interaction, cross selling and servicing.
